Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Uffective Board
Mark van der Pas founded Uffective in 2014 and has chaired it ever since.
He combines deep expertise in portfolio management, digital transformation and large-scale processes. He has guided customers to improve the impact of their investment portfolios and improve the quality of delivered IT. He sped up IT projects for multiple customers with more than 40% and was asked to participate in investment boards of multiple customers to guide the creation of their strategy and advise on capital allocation decisions.
Before Uffective, Mark has held management responsibilities for the impact of large investment portfolios (over €1 billion per anno). He was responsible for sales management for €6 billion annual revenue.
Dr. Mark van der Pas studied Information Technology, Economics, and Business Economics at Hasselt University and the University of Groningen, and holds a PhD in Information Technology Management from Maastricht University.
He was born in 1967, lives in Roermond, the Netherlands, and has two adult children.
